Please use a neutral background like grey or beige. Pink is the worst because it isn't flattering on all skintones, and can change the viwer's percetion of color. A makeup brand should know this.

Not a full swatch, and also no close-up... mostly dancing??? Why? Also, I know pink is your brand coloe, but it is not a good background color for makeup because it can affect the way your skintone or makeup colors are percieved. The background should be grey or beige for the most accurate swatches. Swatch videos are very helpful, but this one was annoying and a waste of my time.

Just today I mixed my Iconic highlighter with a little bit of "Perricone MD's No Makeup Blush" and applied it on my cheeks and it turned out amazing! I loved the color combinations/highlight effect.

I finally tried it yesterday after its been sitting there in my collection since I got it in my box and.............it definitely makes little tubes around each lash hair I couldn't tell untill I was washing it off that night and there it was on my hand little tiny tubes of mascara I was looking at it like, what is this magic...hahahaha it came off super easy I loved that about it ..BTW my first tubing mascara. I can say it lengthens quite a bit but no thickness really at all still it was nice.

It does look really creative with all of the different colored squares of makeup.

I have been trying to reach someone at boxycharm for over a week now. That boxybot does not do a darn thing. I haven’t got one email from a person yet. Someone contact me from boxy! There was a charge on my card that I did not permit. And i have taken screen shots of all of the times I tried reaching out to boxycharm with no response back at all. This is bad customer service at the least

If you are a “charmer” don’t bother ever trying to reach out to customer service… their boxy bot definitely isn’t charming. And then they never bother getting back to you at all. Started a “ ticket” with them and never heard back that was last week. Contacted them again this week. Still not a word. Like isn’t your business big enough to have a proper customer service ?
